Cancelled account and Rain still billed me a year later!!!!!!

I cancelled my service on the 14th Dec 2023, yet Rain billed me FOUR times this month for R1600!!!!!

Then their call center routs me to a freakin INDIAN/PAKISTANI call center!!!!
