Cancellations!!! The worst service to date!!

Rain is by far the worst network provider. I have been trying to cancel the subscription for months now but nothing. I tried on the app and even called and the agent informed me an agent from cancellations will reach out to me to cancel and still nothing. In the mean time they continue to attempt to debit my account. Sooo annoying really!!
