Cancellations

In March I requested my service to be cancelled. In May I queried Why I was being bill and was told they received a request in April. In June my account was still being debited. I have requested my service to be cancelled on numerous occasions and don't even have a sim on my dashboard. I would like rain to stop debiting my account and reimburse me.
