Cancellation request not done and now I have been charged - Terrible company

After speaking to 3 different people none of whom had communicated with each other I have yet to receive a cancellation call.

I emailed you directly and submitted a cancellation request yesterday.

However I was still charged today.

Please cancel and refund me immediately.

This company is absolutely pathetic and should not be allowed to offer any service!
