Cancellation refused

Cancelled my services a month ago. They are refusing to pick up my router so they can charge me for services I don't even use. They are refusing to confirm my cancellation or to do anything on their side. The first thing they asked me when I wanted to cancel if I can give the router to someone else...

I want my money back and take your router back.
