Cancellation Rain

I want to cancel my subscription with Rain but I can't any assistance instead I get sms's and emails reminding me that I have an outstanding amount of about R1182. I called their helpdesk, I sent a message on their app and I even emailed them but have never gotten any response. What more should I do to get assistance, who can I contact. Reference ***1
