Cancellation process sucks

The level of service with Rain is sickening and annoying. Just for a cancellation to be done takes over 2 months. They keep debiting even when you request to cancel what kind of month to month agreement is this. Numerous emails and calls were done. My account has unnecessarily bank charges as I no longer authorise rain to debit my account.
