Cancellation of service

I been trying to upgrade Rain Wifi with no luck. I then requested cancellation, as well as initiated cancellation on the app, and discarded the sim card. This was not done, i then sent email and spoke to consultant to effect cancellation, promises were made, but still not done. December, as well as January, deductions made. Very dissapointed with Rain, terrible service provider.
