Cancellation of Rain - Waiting to Exhale

So we eventually canceled our subscription with Rain officially by email and they refused to accept saying that I must cancel it by phone call. When you call them they don't pick up until your airtime runs out.

As far as my lawyer is concerned, a written cancellation is valid and Rain should stop sending demand texts. An ISP cannot claim lapse in payment because the subscription was canceled well before the new month.

I don't want anything to do with Rain ever again! God that feels so good and liberating!!!
