Cancellation of Rain subscription

i cancelled my subscription due to lack of connectivity on the 24 Nov after being debited on the 20 Nov and got confirmation that i will not be billed in the month of December. To my surprise i was debited on the 20 December and when i called for a refund received a reference number, a week later followed up and phil is telling me they will not refund me because i used their services and refuse to call his manager saying he will not come to the call because there is nothing wrong with the account. this company is *****
