Cancellation of Rain Services that Never Worked in the First Place

Rain Service and Customer Care should just close its doors to customer as their communication DOES NOT exit.

Send multiple mails via their app with Support Mails bouncing back and no responses. Even after cancellation request +-2 months ago I am still getting billed for the services that have never worked for me for 5 months

Rain .. please arrange to pick up your router, cancel your service and stop billing me
