Cancellation of Rain ISP Services
Enablement for sign up and getting you connected was fast however I have been struggling to fully cancel my service with them since end February 2022. I have cancelled my subscription on their website, logged a number of support tickets as they continue to debit my account for a service I stopped using at the end of February 2022. When I call their support desk I am told that they will escalate the matter but until now it has not been resolved.
