cancellation of rain and still deducting

my rain was cancelled 2nd April 2025 due to no performance for 6 months . i paid the Bill for the last period and they keep on deducting fees. internet was cut off 30 April. for 6 months i did numerous emails calls logging tickets for help. all i had was replies " Help is on the way" but nothing happened no call no nothing. deduct every month 795.00 rand for no service. now with cancellation they still ask for money .... shame on you rain.. ripping ppl off
