Cancellation of Rain
Good afternoon I have a compain against RAIN because I have cancelled my account on the 31st August 2024 and 12 September 2024 they gave me confirmation that my account is cancelled. In this week I have received many calls that owe them money. I told them many times, but still they call.

25 Sept 2024, 17:14I have spoken to Tasqeec Osman on the 3rd of September. She has confirmed that I have paid everything and that my account will be processed for cancellation. The reference number was ***2 was given. On the 12 th September a person phoned me and told me that it was cancelled.
In this week I have discovered that it was not cancelled.
