CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT

Despite numerous complaints i've logged on Hellopeter about connectivity issues with RAIN, they haven't even attempted to sort out my issues, have never even received a follow up call, NOTHING!!! I now tried to cancel my contract on their network support system which is also not working! meaning i could not submit my cancellation request. With that being said, I know RAIN will read this review so here is my cancellation request "I would like to cancel my contract as at 31 January 2023 and please come collect your device on the date. Please DO NOT debit my account on 01 Feb 2023. You've abused me enough.
