Cancellation Notice & Billing
Hi
I just need to understand your billing system.
If you cancel your service on the 1st of the month why are you required to make your last payment on the 1st of the next month? Is the payment that you deducted on the 1st not your notice payment?
When should you cancel your service on the last day of the month or the 1st day of the month?
When you take out the product you required to make an immediate payment so your service can be activated. Which means the 1st of each month will be treated as a month to month. I just need to understand how you guys work with your cancellations

Explain to me how does your cancellation process work and when do you need to cancel last or first day of the month so you dont need to pay as notice is given. I am not happy with your response.
