I requested an immediate cancellation on 22 February, haven't heard a word since. CANCEL MY SERVICE, I DO NOT WANT IT ANYMORE!!!

In process? For 3 days?
I have stopped using the device on 22 Feb, you will not bill me a single day later. It is packed away in its original box and awaiting collection.
How long will this cancellation still be "in process" ?
