Cancellation - NO RESPONSE
I have requested to cancel my 5G service (which never works) 5 times in the last week and have not received a SINGLE response.
Absolute joke of a company with 0 customer service and terrible connectivity
Would rate them a -10 if I could

I emailed you directly and submitted a cancellation request yesterday.
However I was still charged today.
Please cancel and refund me immediately.
This company is absolutely pathetic and should not be allowed to offer any service!
