Cancellation Nightmare

Cancelling rain services is a nightmare! From 11 March 2024 I have called in to cancel services with Rain as I have upgraded to fiber, I received multiple reference numbers since then no agent called back; Reference Number: ***6 Reference Number: ***2 Reference Number: ***0 Managed to get through to an agent after holding for a long time who advised my account will be cancelled and last payment will be on April but to my surprise they debited my account in May. Called in today to follow up on my cancelation and was told my account is still active, todays Reference Number: ***4.
