Cancellation issues resolved

Many Thanks to Nteseng for helping me to resolve my Rain problems.

I am still a Rain customer and will continue to be for the foreseeable future. It is a shame that a combination of geography and estate rules and regulations has prevented us from getting 5G internet.

Will it be possible for Rain to offer a connectivity assessment before one commits to signing up?
