Cancellation Impossible

So, I ordered a new router, did a cancellation request for the old one. Received an email. Then got 2 calls from rain that only rang once and twice. They don't even give you enough time to reach for your phone. I tried to contact them on Facebook as well as Email but no luck. They still deducted over R1200 from my account for the cancelled router. Utterly disgusting, they let the phone ring once to show that they tried to contact you when in reality they really did not and they just want to take your money. needless to say i will be cancelling all my services with them and look for a different service provider that actually provides service.
