Cancellation Horror

If there was 0 star, that's what they deserve, I called in May 2025 to cancel the services as I was joining a new service provider, the customer service agent advised that the cancellation was done, the last debit order will be collected 01 June 2025.

01 July 2025 I was charged for service, I have been calling and getting transferred to people that are not based in SA. I have been calling with no help.

These agent that are not based in SA are reading scripts and telling me that there is an option online to remove my bank card, to find out there is an option to edit and add a new card!

I am very unhappy with the services thus far!
