Cancellation

So I went on my online profile to cancel my rain subscription in February and a message saying they will deduct end of March for my usage. We are sitting in April it hasn't been cancelled and when I try to cancel now they will deduct end of April. When I call to cancel the line is always busy. These guys are just ****** and I am so tired of dealing with them. They just wont let me cancel in peace, I curse the day I took out this subscription.
