CANCELLATION
Three reviews and apologies later am still waiting for an agent to contact me... Rain must just cancel my contract with them and I will take my money elsewhere. They do not know the meaning of customer service and they dont care...I ONLY WANT MY CONTRACT CANCELLED NOTHING ELSE FROM THEM.
