Cancellation

I am so disgusted by Rain .I wouldn’t recommend them at all . It’s always difficult getting through to them . I’ve been trying to reach them since the week started to cancel my plan . But their call queue is more that 20min and my airtime ends up ending . I’ve been doing call requests everyday , no one has got back to at all . Tomorrow it’s the tired debit date and I don’t want my money take cause I’ve been wanting to cancel your poor services long time ago . Now it’s 8:00am that’s when your line open but still no one picks the phone .
