****/ **** Cancellation Button/ Bad Internet Connection

Firstly let’s talk about how difficult they have made it to cancel. I requested to cancel in last month (March) I sent to requests and no one ever got back to me. I tried to cancel again today, the page where I have to go to to cancel does not work. Now I am being charged another month and I am not even using the horrible internet.
