Cancellation and Refund request not actioned
I Joined rain late July. on the 29th of August i requested that they cancel my service due to connectivity issues where i stay. on their system it will show that i have not beein using their services
they debited me in September and i reminded them of my cancellation, they debited me again in October!! i demand my October refund. I follow up now and then on WhatsApp and they tell me they escalating yet i am not getting any communication from Rain regarding my cancellation status and my refund status and October is ending. I want my Money
