Cancellation and refund never done.

I am so digusted in the service I have received. I had a 5G contract with Rain, I moved house and the area I was in never had 5G coverage. I called in to their contact centre in Nov 2021 to advise of my issue and I had cancelled the contract on their website. Since November nothing was done, my account was still being debitted up until the month of March. I had to call in twice since November to do the same thing and cancel my contract for the third time. I was advised all my premiums would be refunded from the date of first cancellation. Guess what? Rain ended up cancelling effective April.... so no refund has to be paid. I then called in again two weeks ago and was advised all will be sort. Up until now, nothing has transpired. I don't even expect a reply on this review as I will be told the same thing that was told to everybody else "we apologise for your bad experience, we are currently working on it. RAIN is just a bunch of ********* ******* who lies, cheats and *****s. I would never recommend/ suggest RAIN to anyone unless you are willing to be cheated, to support my decision go check the terrible reviews from others.
