Cancellation and Refund

I wish there was a "no star" rating. I asked for a refund last week, and I have been calling every single day. All the consultants say that I will be called in 24Hours, but no response ever since. I don't know if they are refusing to pay or what? I will never recommend Rain to anyone and I wanted to give them another chance in future but I can't. The service and communication just sucks.
