Cancellation and billing issues
frustrated with rain service, i have Rain 5G and 4G subscription and ive requested cancellation for 5G 3months ago, they havent responded and they keep on billing me for both 5G and 4G.now i stopped paying, which leave me with no internet or pay for both to get internet.
