Cancellation

I cancelled my wifi around August after they doubled charged me but they one they fixed it and the network was very bad .. after cancellation i got sms saying they will come and collect their router month end which they did. The same day i got sms saying i should pay “649 to stay connected “. I called them they apologised and says they will clear that till this day
