Cancellation

I wanted to give them a 0 but I cannot because I have to write a review. I have been contacting rain from November 2024. I have been requesting for cancellation since i am unemployed but guess what my services have been interrupted and I am still being billed. Oh it does not end there, now I am told that I need to settle the balance before canceling. I am sitting with a problem where I cannot cancel my services on the website, I am continuously billed for something I do not use and this is going to mess up my credit score. I have kept proof of all the communication because I deal with proof, it's like I knew what I will be dealing with. How is their incompetency my fault. I am so mad, I can't even explain it. I just want this issue to be resolved because I am not about to be ****** by this company. This time rain, you have essential with the wrong person. They are ****** man!!!
