Cancellation

For more than a year I have called and emailed to cancel this and I keep getting told it will be canceled but still get daily debit orders on the bank account linked to it and now I am always in the red with the bank due to insufficient funds and returned debit order fees. I want this canceled immediately and also reimburse me for all the debit order declined fees. It's ridiculous I spoke to an agent not so long ago to confirm the cancellation and it was confirmed.
