Cancellation

CPE was delivered on the 7th of March, was connected that afternoon, after testing for about an hour these where the results:

1. Extremely SLOW 2. Normal downloads go up to 3mbps for a few seconds then under 100kbps 3. Torrents around 50kbps that’s if it even starts

So I cancelled my subscription immediately, today is the 11th of March and all I received from them was an automated email reading:

We’ve received your request for help and our support team will be in touch within 24 hours - hang tight! Your reference number is ***3, Your reference number is ***4.

So its been over 96hrs and still no email, call or message from them.
