Cancellation!!!!

Made a cancellation in July and requested rain to collect the device…up until now it hasn’t been updated-I’m still being billed for a sim that hasn’t been active for 3months. Nothing makes sense honestly, not even the call centre agents. Please sort out your mess. Log the cancellation and collect your device!!!! Your emails and sms’ are annoying. Just STOP
