CANCELLATION!!!
I spoke to Zamokuhle on Monday (29/07/2024) requesting a call from the cancellation department since he said he couldn't assist with cancelling a line that I'm paying for. I gave him the number for the account holder and said she would be contacted in 24-48hrs and still nothing. I WANT TO CANCEL, I don't get why it's so hard to cancel but requesting a sales call, you won't wait an hour. Tomorrow is the debit date and I don't want the account to be debited, should you attempt to debit and it causes charges the ombud with hear from. CALL ME TO PROCESS THE CANCELLATION ALREADY!!!
