Cancellation

A cancellation request was done for my account and the agent stated that I will receive a call to my request and I was also debited R70 plus from my account the refund was requested but still not made the signal was poor and I’m unhappy with the service I made sure there is no money but I keep getting debit order declined who is going to pay for the decline charged after I have requested cancellation the contract documents clearly indicated you can cancel at any time but that is no happening I was this resolved ASAP before I take further steps
