Cancellation

I want to report RainGo… these people are nowhere to be found! I need to cancel my subscription, I’m sending texts on Facebook, Ive been calling them, even sent an email to ICASA for assistance… Rain don’t want to cancel my subscription, they keep taking me for pillar to post… they don’t have offices, no one is assisting even the app is useless. Been trying to cancel rain service with no luck. Next thing they will be claiming I’m owing them a certain amount how cause this service is month to month, meaning if I don’t pay I shouldn’t be connected! Why am I still connected? Please help me to escalate this to the ombudsman.
