Canceling Rain SimCard is a Nightmare!!!!!!

I am so frustrated by Rain . I have requested cancellation of my Simcard in March. I have just received a bank notification that my account was debited.

The most frustrating thing is that sim cancellation option is so not available on website and mobile app. I have contacted support but flip its so hard.

I want my money paid back into my account as soon as possible!!!!!!
