Canceling is a nightmare

Everything was good until i had to cancel them due to poor network reception. Cancelled my account in December and also returned their router but they are still debiting my account. Called theisupport line multiple times yet their billing option send you to support and the billing department does not get back you. Had to cancel my card to stop the ilegal debits
