Canceled service and refund request
I have called numerous times to ask rain support to cancel my service but instead ... It's been scheduled to be cancelled on 01/07/2025. I don't even have a f**ken router and I already paid, I want my refund asap as I gave everything to the rain Store so why do I have to wait for a 1 month before my service is canceled. The day I paid you guys was quick to take my money but because I didn't have network for a week I canceled so why must wait for my money to be paid back. I want my issue to be resolved asap before I take the matter further.

Can you guys sort out the problem as I'm going to take the matter further and want my money back ASAP. I do not have a router as everything is by your store.
