Canceled my services without a notice period!!!!

Their service is horrible and yet you continue to debit our accounts without fail every month, I've been having problems and sent emails to the contact support, so the last email that I sent I stated that should my problem not be resolved in the next week then cancel my services and guess what they did they canceled without even calling me to ask if my services have improved or not, Mamotshabi Motaung canceled my services without getting feedback or let alone following up on my query, what kind of company is this. Sinothando Mhlakwane is the only decent employee that you have who has good work ethics she actually didn't hang up and listened to my query and didnt even lash out on me like the previous agent did, I will definitely be taking this up, what happened to calling members and retaining them, what happened to following up on queries, I am working from home and have to miss out on work because of your stupid *********** worker Mamotshabi.I hope you understand how powerful Word of mouth is and I will definitely be making a NOISE on all social platforms. Make sure you look at the mails I have been sending and look at the assistance I have gotten, nothing.
