CANCELED MY ORDER, WHY IS THE COURIER CONTACTING ME? 17

I've called to cancel my order the day after I ordered it. Which was last week Friday. I've also emailed the same day and left a message on the app to cancel it. Why is the courier still contacting me for delivery? The whole point of canceling it so soon was to help you'll avoid having to even get the courier involved.

No one is trying to contact me or assist. I just have emails with reference numbers which are pointless. Just cancel my order and refund me as it's within the 7 days of ordering it as stated in YOUR terms and conditions.
