Canceled and disconnected yet still debited and

I canceled this useless contract with Rain, they called me Sunday to confirm the cancelation and immediately disconnected me before the month ended. Mind you I paid for the whole month. Today the debited my account again and I don't know why as I have not been using their wifi and also canceled.

Please send my money back urgently. Your service is poor and and so are your connections
