Canceld my service and still being deducted

I cancelled rain in February this year it’s now almost may They been deduction my account since then even though I was told that I will pay end of February only and be done with it I called them and emailed them about this a few times and they still don’t wanna fix it I have every email. And. A reference number they gave that they promised not to debit my account and well as I’ll get a refund when I called again they said a manager Would call Me and still not. Worse customer service ever
