Cancelation taking long and no coverage

I have had a bad experience with rain I have been requesting for cancelation of my account with them since last month but till to date I never received feedback or having someone calling me I was told lady month will be my last subscription on their app but when I follow up they say my account is still "normal" yet I lady had coverage on the 30th of April 2025 am ****ed and I will not pay them this month
