Cancelation query

I am so ****ed with this network. I request to cancel my subscription last month which was August and was told it will be canceled. Now this company keeps on going to my bank account to try to get money. I do not want this Rain thing and cancel it.

I do not have the amount due on this subscription as I have paid in August and payment was done
Should you debit this premium I want it back
I do not owe you I have whatsapp and email confirming that cancelation will be done on the 30th of August 2025
