Cancelation of Service

I requested for a cancelation 2 weeks back because I need to leave, relate to another province, they haven't called back, they never respond to their emails, ive been buying airtime to call them, they dont answer their calls, im so very much ****ed!! Answer your damn calls amd collect your router before i throw it away
