Cancelation of Rain Sim

I cancelled my Rain month to month sim. I received a notice from Rain advising me that it will be cancelled on 31/01/2025. The sad story about this is that they will send me a reminder every week to pay rain. Im just tired of them harassing me. Rain need to get staff that can do their work and stop harassing people.
