Cancelation of rain contract

I just spoke to Zuko Jingisa Am ****ed of at the service I just received at rain I received when I tried to cancel my rain contract .that I have to wait till mouth end to cancel my frcontract and that they will still debit my acc on the 15th. my question was that they always debit on the 15 and if I cancel today they still gonna debit my acc and yes they said they gonna still debit .I have been a loyal client and always paying on time now Im being told that my payments are behind then he escalated the matter to Fred that when I ask for his surname he did not want to give me his surname I was really surprised to a person who is working for a company and doesn't want to give a surname this goes to show that no one wants to take responsibility..bye bye rain even in future I will never pick you as service provider ...I just want to cancel my subscription and part ways with you..
